Monday - Run - 45mins + legs strengthening workshop (20mins)
Tuesday - Belly dancing workshop (daytime) blacksheep
Wednesday - Run - 45mins + upper body strengthening workshop
Thursday - bellydancing - tribal style workshop
Friday - Run - 1hr + legs strengthening workshop (20mins)
Saturday Bellydancing - tribal style workshop + upper body strengthening workshop (20mins)
Sunday - Yoga, Black sheep hour (slow moves)
Plus i was hoping to do a abs/core 12min workout every morning
Do you think thats too much? Belly dancing is very low impact with the tribal workshops being more intensive than the black sheep stuff.
And i am varying the upper body/lower body workshops.

looks fine. Although i have no idea what most of these workouts are  If the workouts are not taxing on your CNS by the 6th day then you can workout everyday.0

Your strength training sessions are really short.
I would try to get in 3 full body workouts a week - they would usually be between 45 minutes to an hour.0 -
I would schedule one day of rest for your body at least, possibly two. Sounds like fun, but you're pushing your body a lot.0

Belly dancing is a full body work out
I couldnt work out any more than that, all my exercises have to be within the hours of 7pm - 9pm with one extra day session on a Tuesday.
I was going for Sunday and Tuesday being rest days, with just very very light yoga and drills0 -

I thought they were fairly self explanatory lol0 -

I meant resistance/strength training. I would cut/reschedule the cardio to fit them in0 -

Only so much you can do with dumb bells though
Plus my focus is not on strength training, my focus is on improving my dancing and enjoying my runninga s its the only thing that gets me out of the house without the boys and allows me some headspace
Thanks for the suggestions but i think 4 x 20min squats/dumbell stuff is fine, especially considering that belly dancing contains an awful lot of body toning/strength training too Its not cardio0
