110lbs lost before & after, pic heavy @ goal weight

                    My journey:
2009
- gall stone attacks
2010
- gall bladder removed
- diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease, put on thyroid meds
- diagnosed with type 2 diabetes as well as PCOS
2011
- diagnosed with Crohn’s and Celiac Disease
- was placed on CPAP machine
- surgery to have damaged intestine removed from Crohn’s
2012
- complications from surgery, abscess formed near stomach
- hospitalized for 3 months off and on, was only IV fed and lost 40lbs
- 2 months after discharge I could normaly eat again
- became malnourished
- was placed on a strict diet and workout plan from my endo, pcp and dietician
- diagnosed with extra lumbar, causing sciatic nerve problems and lower back pain
- still haveing trouble getting my good cholestoral up
Life now:
2013
I am healthy and happy!
I eat gluten free 99% of the time
I am medicated for Hashimoto’s and Crohn’s Disease
I am diabetes free
I have an amazing chiroprator for my back, so it feels a lot better
I have reduced my symptoms of PCOS
I eat high protein, low carb
I am now normal weight with the help of my endocrinologist, primary care provider, dietician, and gynecologist
Highest weight: 259
Current weight: 148
110lbs lost in one year
40lbs was because of hospital and 70lbs was my hard work
Bust:39
Waist: 28
Hips:39
My next goals are:
Get more muscle tone
Join archery hunting
Get waist down to 26in
I kept this short and sweet! Best advice I can give is to be your own advocate and to fight for what you want. Don't pitty yourself but empower yourself!
