I've been at this since February. And there are days when I think "I really would like to just be fit and healthy NOW". But it didn't go on overnight, it won't come off that way either.

I also realize that not a whole lot will change once I get to my goal. (Although, eating at maintenance will be kinda cool). I'm hoping for increased energy though.

Make fitness your passion or obsession and it won't be a burden.

Something that I have learned not just from sports or lifting, but working at a gym I speak to about 50 different people a day with this same issue. I tell them the mind is something that is involved in a life change like this.Just think of why you are doing this or for who. This is truly the most important thing you could do for your health also to extend your quality of life. Be proud of your self for how for you have come already but see where your going. They say "Rome wasn't built in a day" Think of your body as Rome and the magnificent structures as your muscle! Keep up the good work
