How accurate is the database?

I looked up my favourite breakfast cereal and it has two listings under slightly different names and they have different calorie figures for the same amount! I am confused! the box itself has kilojoules and I dont know how to convert, so dont know which entry is correct - and it kind of makes me wary of trusting the values in the database.

Unfortunately, you're just going to have to check the package every time you log something. If the database seems to be off, add it yourself. It's a pain, but better to log correctly.0
