    Congrats to everyone that has stuck with it. December is a hard month to stay on track with all the treats and holiday parties. Keep up the hard work!

    Congrats to se3po for being the first person in the group to achieve their goal weight! They have already lost 7.2 pounds this month!!!

    12/3: 194.2 (huh?? wha??? I know my ankles are swollen. My legs are swollen up to my knees. Funny, my toes aren't swollen this time. BUT FOUR POUNDS IN TWO DAYS?!?!? REALLY?!??!?!)

    12/10: 188.6 (well, I thought I was DONE with all of that, but... :-( Well, at least I know who I had all the water weight. Should have a better weight by next week.) Well, can't blame it on just TOM. Went to an all-you-can-eat fish fry on Friday night, and I'm sure the salt is still trying to get flushed out of my system.

    12/17: 192.4 (back up again??? Let's see...no exercise for 8 days...4 buffets in a week...didn't drink enough water (maybe about 4-5 glasses each day) for the entire week...worked (sitting down) 9-10 hr days and had a 6-day week. Hmmmm...wonder why I didn't lose any weight.

    Guys I need suggestions cause I can manage my eating habits after exercising, but during lunch time I tend to eat a lot of snacks and towards the evening, there's no room for food in my tummy anymore, but thing is, I still get hungryyy!! I really want to go back to being 104 agaiin!! please please can you suggest something? Thaank youuu! :)
