    I'm 5'5" also, and I started at 220. My goal is to be under 150. I'm about 166 now and I still feel so fat, it's great to see pics like this to keep me going. Here's hoping I look half as good in my 140's as you do!

    I personally love it because I’ve lost 43 pounds and it’s taken me 40 weeks, I often see people that loose so fast and its discouraging.. But I’m right there with you.... Slow and steady... All we got is time right??? I hope to lose 40 more by next year this time to be at my goal of 160 (I’m 5'8). What an inspiration... Thanks
