    You look great!!!! Congratulations! You are an inspiration. And I'm happy to read that there are some days where you still see the "fat slob". I have lost 40 lbs so far and am still 25 lbs from my goal and some days, I still feel fat. I'm glad to know it doesn't only happen to me!

    Your post is encouraging. Keep it up. I want to let go of 45#. Mostly I've succeeded in letting go of only 6# since December 1. That's a lot better than gaining 10# over the holidays. Still I'd like to see more success. Guess that's one of my issues--always wanting more.
