Hi everyone. I just joined today. I'm finally getting motivated to be a healthy weight. My boyfriend is about to start Insanity, but I'm not gonna do that... I dont think I could keep up. I'm just gonna try to eat better and excersise more. Thats healthy right? :) Well I'm 19, 5'4.5, and about 190 lbs. I want to lose about 25 pounds. So wish me luck! Oh and I would LOVE to make some friends on here. So message me or something anytime. :)

    Hello smiliegrl09 welcome, definitely you should start out LBL (little by little) & you'll get to your destination with a lot more quality.

  • Thank you both. :) I mean I wish I could loose weight more quickly, but I know thats not healthy. So oh well i guess. Well I'm off to go walking now. :)
