    I was wondering where the post was - thanks for getting it going this week.

    I am stuck. I haven't lost anything for 2 weeks. Desperately want to lose more as I am going on vacation at the end of July and just bought a new dress for a formal evening out

    Beginning weight = 157 pounds
    Current weight = 151 pounds
    Goal weight = 135 pounds
    Weight loss this week = 0 pounds
    Total weight loss = 6 pounds

    Argghh..

    I DID lose 1" on my waistline.

    Darn it I am going in the wrong direction. Got on the scale and it said 163:sad: The only good news today is PT person said I can start walking again. I will be back to where I was shortly. It's frustrating though! Everyone have a good week.

    I was talking with a friend of mine who is a personal trainer. She gave me some advice and I thought I would pass it along.

    Stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed. Yes, that is correct 3 hours. I had heard 2 hours before, but never 3. WHY: Most people do not burn the calories they consume before bed, and usually night snacking is a habit and not because we are truly hungry. She said if I do it I will most likely see the scale go down by next Monday.

    I am making it a goal this week!

    Another thing I have heard is to eat fewer calories at dinner then you would at any of your other major meals. I saw this one woman on TV that Basically ate dinner at breakfast time and breakfast at dinner time. (Since most people tend to go all out at dinner!)

    so, i have been living off of pudding and ice cream so i am not surprised that i gained last week, plus i haven't had a poop for a few days (damn codine) so hopefully next week will be better!
