Kale and white bean tacos with cheese. A glass of Sauvignon Blanc (or two).

If I'm craving it, blue bunny no sugar added ice cream for dessert.
(If hubby eats it, I prolly will too).

My hubby and I are going out to dinner and then christmas shopping. Going to a little mexican restaurant that we love. Good thing I ran today and have the calories to spare!

I'm having salmon, mashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts. My mom and substituting salmon for pork chops.

Love that meal combination! Had it mysef not long ago.

I had boiled fish with mushrooms, potato, carrot and swede mash and a vegetable mix of broccoli, spinach and butternut squash. Oh, and some apple and plum christmas chutney.

ginger steamed fish with hana sauce...roasted broccoli...roasted new potatoes.

I gotta say...and it's easier said than done...but planning my dinners for the week on a Sat or Sun and then doing all of my shopping have gone a long way in helping me on this journey...I always know what I'm going to have (but I might mix things around) and I pre-log my day so I know exactly where I'm at, at all times. Like I said, easier said than done...but it's really helped me.
This is a GREAT idea! I think I will do this! Thanks for the great tip!

I'm having a 'mom has had a day and can't be arsed to cook' kind of dinner. Grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup, with Goldfish crackers for the kids.
