I weigh myself at the same time every single morning.
i wake up go potty, get naked, jump on the scale, record weight then shower
after that I dont step on the scale again until the next morning.0 -
Weigh yourself in the morning before eating or drinking anything, Usually once a week. No point getting overly obsessed with a daily weigh-in. Your weight changes throughout the day mainly due to water retention.0

exact same thing happens to me...5 pounds heavier at nightafter exercising and 2-3 without exercise...its water retention its a ***** but dont let it get to u... keep trucking...rome wasn't built in a day0

it's no fair. i don't even get it. water is colorless and tasteless and odorless, they say it supposedly has no calories, but it can make us gain wait. what gives!
It doesn't have calories, but of course it has weight. 8.34 lbs per gallon actually. That isn't a bad thing.
is there anything else besides water that's good to drink that doesn't weigh so much?0
