    I own one and for me it seems to work. I wouldn't say it made me loose weight or get smaller in the waist like it tones you up, I just find when I use it regularly along with my regular abs routine I see a bigger increases in my endurance and ability compared to without.

    I've got one and have been using it on and off for the past three weeks. I'm not using it to lose weight. My food choices are doing that. I only bought it once I got down to a certain weight/look. Will be posting progress pics up before I jet off on holiday in two weeks.
