Took a kickboxing class tonite!

I took my first kickboxing class at the Y tonite. It was HARD.
Everyone else was in hella shape and had been taking the class for a while. I felt really out of my element but I did it.
I think I might wait until I lose a little bit more weight before I try it again.
I'm more of a yoga/Pilates/ballet type gal ;)

    I felt like I was in the same boat too! I took my first (and to this day..ONLY) kickboxing class in September. I HAVE NEVER SWEAT SO MUCH IN MY LIFE. The workout was great but there is something about partnered sports that I don't like. I'd rather do individual sports (yoga and running,etc.). It's not for everyone. Maybe it would be better if I brought a friend next time who knew just as little as I do about kickboxing. I may try it again someday. But until then I will absolutely LOVE my hot yoga classes :)

    I'm way too scared to go to a class, but there are some fun youtube videos that I do at home to try kickboxing. No one can laugh at me but myself.
