Today's challenge is: Stair Stepping.

Beginners should do 5 Min
More experience should do 15 Min

There are a lot of things you can use as a step if you don't have steps just be careful and don't use anything too crazy.

    Hey, where is everyone? I was almost going to skip this one, thinking it was too easy. Boy was I wrong! I used a small wooden step stool that was 12" high with only a 12" square top. Getting both of my big feet up there made for an interesting balancing act! I was sweating at 5 minutes and hit 173 bpm :o
