Out for a meal, help me choose please.

I'm off out for lunch with some work colleagues this afternoon and don't want to make bad choices. i know that this is going to get harder and harder over the next week or so but I'd like to start as I mean to go on.

Any advice on a starter and main course would be appreciated. I'll most likely be having a few wines too so needs to be reasonably substantial.
