I am new to this. I am hoping to have a healthier life this year. I am a stay at home mom. I work at home. With three kids I have found it hard to try to get out and meet people for support. So I am hoping that this will be the answer to my prayers. LOL. Well hope to meet you all soon.

    Welcome!! I love this place. I think it's much better than having to go somewhere and weigh-in. Make sure you read Mike's blog at the top, which is full of great information on how this place runs.
