Want to eat a big pile of cookie dough?

Hi guys, just thought I would share this little concoction I made up.

4 tbsp PB2 mixed with water
1/2 tbsp chocolate chips
1/4 tbsp natural PB
Drop vanilla essence
Optional- pinch of stevia

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Tastes just like cookie dough, awesome spread on apples. The brands I use work out to about 150 cals for the lot.

See below for deceptively ugly pic of creation

It's defatted peanut flour that you can mix with water to make low calorie peanut butter or add to shakes, oatmeal etc. there are other brands of defatted peanut flour available too which are cheaper, PB2 is just more well known

Wow looks really good. For 150 calories that seems like a great meal. Good thing is that you can make a bigger batch and store it in the fridge for later use also. Thanks!

This recipe may make you my new best friend! I wish PB2 or something like that was available in Canada.

Should try adding it to that banana ice cream recipe someone posted on the recipe forum. Cookie dough ice cream ftw.

Glad you all like the sound of it, try it if you can!

Now_or_never- it's not available here in Aus either, but you can buy defatted peanut flour online. I normally buy from Iherb.com, I believe Amazon does it too

Question.... have you tried baking it ?
No I haven't! It might work, but you might need to add egg as a binding agent?

    I love cookie dough.

    I hate peanut butter.

I fail to see how this would taste just like cookie dough.

PB2 is the waste that was left after production of peanut oil. Previously, they had just discarded it (or perhaps sold it as a cheap livestock feed/pet food additive) until a marketing genius realized they could sell it as defatted peanut flour.*

(* Totally made this up. I have no idea if it's true or not...but it *sounds* plausible.)
