Hey Guys,

I have been a lurker here for a while and have been using the tracker. I lost most of the weight I wanted but was still not happy with my body. So I stepped it up these past few months and look at my results!!!

I have actually started a blog about the things I have been doing chronicling my recent workouts and recording my progress, I am in the best shape of my life and doing things I never thought possible with my body.

    I think it is not so much that it is a recruiting site, I am genuinely proud of my progress! I use the products but have asked no one to buy anything. I didn't even mention it! That original link was to a picture I helped a friend out with. The rest of the site is honestly dedicated to calisthenics and working out really hard and pushing my body to its limits!
