Where do you get Almond Butter? Is it like butter? What do you put it on? Can you make it?

I see almond butter in just about every grocery store around here. What I don't see is cashew butter....I had to order that online.

I got all natural no sugars added just almonds and oil butter at the health food store. I bought some at the grocery but it had sugar and was too sweet for me. I prefer the natural.

If you can't get almond butter locally, just make it yourself from almonds. http://www.amazingpaleo.com/2012/07/13/how-to-make-homemade-almond-butter/

You can add it to smoothies, spread on bagel/ toast or if you lack self control like me you would eat it straight out of the jar.

You can find it anywhere they sell groceries.

Love almond butter! I've found mine in the organic section, and regular section of the grocery store. I also enjoy cashew butter, found in the organic section. And just discovered powdered peanut butter today too!
