Any Ladies on an IUD?

I have had the Mirena since the end of june 2012 & I am happy with my decision. I have had spotting and very light periods but its no big change in the heaviness of my periods bc I have never had heavy periods anyway. I think it was a good choice for me. No unusual mood swings or weight gain. As most everyone else has said do your research and do what you feel is best for you and your lifestyle.
