Need a dessert recipe...

Looking for a good tasty dessert recipe with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners (can't have too much of the former, and I hate the taste of the latter).
I've got about 20 fresh honeycrisp apples, bananas, pineapple, strawberries, really good local honey, and lots of baking supplies.
I'm looking for something a bit more creative than just a bowl of mixed fruit.
I really need to use up my apples, and the other ingredients would be nice to use, but not necessary for this dish.
GO!

Fried apples are delicious. I usually use granny smith applies, which are not very sweet (so they do require some sweetener), but I imagine that honeycrisp apples would be sweet enough on their own.
Peel and slice the applies and cook them on the stove top with a little butter or margarine, some cinnamon, nutmeg, and a dash of cloves.
I use brown sugar (or Splenda brown sugar) with mine, but if you're avoiding adding sugar, maybe use a tablespoon or two of molasses.
End result tastes like apple pie0 -
Make an apple cake that's really dense with apples and has less 'cake'. It won't rise very well, but it will be tasty0

APPLE CHIPS:
cut apples into thin slices (whichever you have), put them on a baking sheet, put cinnamon, 200 F, 30-45 minutes, depending on whether you like them soft or crispy or hard they are really good0 -
Maybe a greek yogurt parfait..granola, honey, fruits, yogurt...
fresh fruit tart...can make mini ones cutting sugar, but the crust itself is just flour, powdered sugar and unsalted butter... just add the fruit in after baking with a dollop of sugar free, fat free, lite cool whip etc etc...or u can opt to make the iflling with a little sugar and add fruit on top0 -

CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Or this one which my favorite from a similar website
" Extra dark chocolate bar (3-4 oz bar works well -- look for at least 70% cocoa content, between 70-85% -- this minimizes the sugar content)
4 or 5 Tbsp of your favorite organic nut butter (almond butter, cashew butter, peanut butter all work well)
2/3 to 3/4 cup of organic coconut milk (great source of healthy saturated fats from medium chain triglycerides - MCTs)
2 tbsp rice bran (additional healthy fiber source)
2 tbsp oat bran (more healthy fiber including soluble fiber)
1/2 cup raw pecans, almonds, or walnuts (yes, more healthy fats, antioxidants, and tons of vitamins/minerals)
1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional based on your tastes)
1 tsp vanilla extract
a little stevia to lightly sweeten (stevia is a natural non-caloric sweetener as opposed to harmful artificial sweeteners) "
