hi all,

25, female, kentucky...

getting married in july, thats half of my motivation.. the rest is i just want to be healthy and fit.. not huff and puff after walking up a flight of stairs.

i eat fairly healthy, but am trying to be better and cut down the junk - i used to have a huge binge eating problem, but i'm all better now :) i used to be a runner, and some sort of other cardio / strength training 5-6 times a week.. but lately have been slacking off. at the moment, i have a huge motivation issue with exercise, must be the weather!

just looking for some friends to help me on this journey :) please feel free to add me!

    I am up in the icy colds of Canada! Haha, I used to run as well but sustained a few more injuries this year than expected especially after fracturing my ankle in the beginning of november and just started physio/rehab last week. Maybe we can distance duel when I am fully back on my feet lol, that might be fun!
