Yes, I'm over weight...but I'm active and healthy...It's always good to have a few extra pounds...Hmmm what exactly is a few extra...50? I'm built like my Grandmother...it's in the genes.

    i don't have a drinking problem.

    i'm a social drinker!

    it makes me charming.

I used to believe this too...but eventually, my wife convinced me of the truth...and that is, when I drink, I become obnoxious(er).

is this post about drinking or eating/exercising lol. uh oh .

If no one saw you eat, the calories don't count.

    I don't look like I weigh 260
I am big and proud, and confidence is enough.
I love the way I look

I'm a mom now so this is what I'm supposed to look like.

There is no time to exercise now that I'm a mom (ok so what was my excuse for eating so badly!)

I'll just finish the bag/box/carton and then they will be out of the house - I don't want to waste the money I spent.

    Where do I begin?!!

I'll just finish these and start again tomorrow.
This is the weight I'm supposed to be.
I look great for my age.
I have short legs so they just look fat.
and the #1 lie I had to stop telling myself?
    "I'm fat."

I had to stop believing that one to start my new lifestyle.
It's the hardest one for me to drop but I remind myself it's just an old habit.

    I can't
It's too hard (still struggle with this one)
I'm doing enough, if the weight isn't coming off it's not my fault.
    It's the holidays
    It's a party
    I deserve a treat
    I deserve a break
    I'm not *that* overweight
    (man, i had / have a lot)

i'm trying to work on some truths to tell myself

It's the mirror, it's the kind that makes me look fat (like the ones in the shop changing room. LOL!!)

Others would tell me, "Don't get too thin", or "You're getting too thin" - when I still had room to improve and more to lose. I've believed this lie before, but not this time......

I deserve this goodie (whatever the temptation is at the time). Problem is...I still use this one and then dislike myself afterward.

I'm too busy today I'll plan to make changes tomorrow
I'll make a list and that will motivate me
If I have a plan then I'll magically start doing what I need to to lose weight
    I'm a mom I'll never have a flat stomache
