It's a common problem I've heard amongst those that have desk jobs, or are seated alot, and sweat.
Body scrub to exfoliate, and an acne clearing facewash should do the trick. Wear 'breathable' clothing, like cotton.

I read that as Pimple Problems on Brett's Butt.

    See a DOCTOR!

I come here to make sure Skitty hasn't ruined my good name and I find you doing it instead?! Ohana...

I didn't ruin your name. I just thought maybe you had a pimply butt and was here to help!

I think your dermatologist would be more suitable to answer this question, not random people over the internet

^^This. My husband drives for work (and plays a lot of video games) and gets in grown hairs on his patoot. Might want to get that checked out before it gets infected.

Panoxyl bar soap does wonders, had a friend who used it on back acne. A couple weeks later it had cleared up.

    Perhaps it's a tumor.

I used to do that to my dad's back as a kid. He used to give us a quarter for every one we popped.....

We needed therapy as we got older, obviously.

it looks like a boil...You need to see a DR, and get antibiotics....

You have to go to the doctor ASAP...it is a sort of boil that grows when there is to much infection accumulated. They have to do an incision to let out all the pus and bacteria. Do not try to pop it yourself or else it might cause for the infection to worsen and run through your body. I know because my brother had one of those suckers on his neck. Hope it helps <3
