(yes i am aware of my typos and lack of commas and periods )
i started this weight lose journey in 2011 after going through a stressful time and after having 2 kids and getting to the biggest i had ever been .i was always tired and could not even carry my one year old son without braking a sweat . i never paid attention to what i ate and would go to the store to buy something and purchase a candy bar and eat it on the way home and thought if no one saw me eat it it didn't count . i never wanted to buy new clothes because i was buying what i could fit not what i liked . i could go days without looking in the mirror because i knew i would not like what i would see. i was putting it lightly not happy with myself . so like i sad i started in 2011 to do something i pulled out a old tae bo dvd i could only do 15 mins of because i was in so bad shape and i gradually moving up 30 mins . i then started going to weight watchers meetings when that got expensive someone told me about my fitness pal i figured its worth a shot then i was hooked . i saw people posting about Jillian Micheals so i got online and found her 30 day shred dvd . it was so hard at first but i finished and felt a really sense of pride . i went on to try other dvds and even started doing the one thing i never thought i could start running !!! i even run on a daily now its great accomplishment for me . i ran my first 5k in july and ran the whole time without stopping . i started at 232 lbs and i am currently 140 . at 5'7 that is a healthy weight for me and i am very proud to know i have done for not just myself but for my children
