    Me, it tastes like bile, and I'm not exaggerating either. When I throw up nothing but water, and it still has that awful taste to it, THAT reminds me of the first and last grapefruit I ever tasted. It was even more disappointing because it's so pretty and smells nice lol.

    I don't know if I hate it because grapefruit hasn't done anything personal to me or backstabbed me, but I can't stand the taste.

    Funny thing Is about 1 year ago I couldn't stand it, now I'm addicted! I can have it everyday for a month and not get tired- guess I acquired the taste. Plus every year because I had childhood asthma I would get really bad with the flu, and during the cold season that over 6m here in Canada, I would repeatedly have a cold , but now Its once ..maybe twice a season and last no longer than a day or 2 :)

    Forget hating it...I LOATHE grapefruit. Which is odd, since I tend to like the citrus fruits. They're happy little fruits :wink:

    I hate it with a passion. My first encounter with "The Grapefruit" was when I was seven. I was at the restaraunt, and ordered it thinking it was grape juice. Imagine my surprise. It is truly an evil brew.

    Heard its good for weight loss so I had one every morning for a week and found out that Im allergic! Whole face swelled up... So now I hate grapefruit.
