Does anyone know if DirecTv has an exercise channel that offers kickboxing workouts?

    When I had it there was a variety of things you could do, but most videos only lasted between 5-20 minutes long. I felt as if there really wasn't enough to get your heart rate going. But for a beginner it would definitely be the place to start.

    They change what they offer every month or so between yoga, pilates, cardio, and I do recall at one point they had Tae-Bo for awhile.

    DirecTV has FitTV. You may be able to find kickboxing workouts on demand.

    Yes Direct TV does have FIT TV which i miss :mad: !!! You will find several workouts including kickboxing.

    Did you know Direct TV has exercise on it's Free On Demand? I don't remember if there is any kickboxing, but I love the fact that I can chose a different work out everyday and do it on my own schedule!
