question about eating.

okay so here is my problem. even since i was little i would go though phases on where i would eat alot to phases i almost eat nothing. now i am at the point where i eat alot now. yes i am eating healthy but im eating more and more often. anyone else has this problem? if so how do you deal with it?

    Keep track of your weight.

    It's normal to have times of eating more..or less...depends on your hormones, the weather, stress, sleep, food choices, etc.

    Are your phases in days, weeks, or months? Because it honestly sounds like hormones. I can imagine that almost everybody goes through phases like that but the don't always notice because they don't pay attention to what they eat. If you're going through an increased eating phase, just do your best to keep it healthy and burn off the excess. When you go through a decreased eating phase, please remember to get enough protein and other nutrients. Otherwise, it sounds like what you're going through is fairly normal.
  • it normally lasts a few weeks to a month nothing to long of a time. its something that me parents noticed when i was little becuase well it is noticeable of the difference even my roommates notice and they think there is something wrong with me. but i have learned to deal with it. i could go two or 3 days and eat very very very little and my weight drops so i set timmers through out the day to make sure i eat at that time. but it sounds like it is a normal thing. and i am just worrying to much
