I saw the post for green tea. Does decaffinated green tea count as your water intake ?????

Yes. What doesn't count toward water would be anything that's dehydrating as you hinted to.0

My nutricionist said the only thing that counts as water is water. Everything else has additives and other things and doesn't flush the system like water. So, I guess it all depends on who you want to believe.0
