  • When done correctly, absolutely everything. It is the number one full body workout you can get. I haven't found a nutrition website that doesn't rank running as number 1.

    Everything. When I started running I noticed my core getting stronger, thighs and calves, butt, and even my triceps. Can't beat a good run.
  • Agreed. In general, I have a ton more muscle tone than I did 6 months ago!
  • I have bigger muscles than a man ! But I don't mind! I think I probably eat more than them and sometimes I think it's just the way God made me!
