under calorie count. over carbs and fat.

i'm burning at least 400 calories daily from exercise, but i'm overboard on the carbs and fat grams. what am i doing wrong here? do i just not eat the burned calories from exercise?

    More veggies. It's not that you are eating too much, it's the types of food. If you open your diary, easier to help.

    you're probably right... my eating habits are terrible. my sweet tooth gets the best of me.

    If you're within the calorie goal and not hungry then ignore them.

    And this is coming from someone who did very low carb for 6 months ...
