I was wondering where the post was - thanks for getting it going this week.
I am stuck. I haven't lost anything for 2 weeks. Desperately want to lose more as I am going on vacation at the end of July and just bought a new dress for a formal evening out

I was talking with a friend of mine who is a personal trainer. She gave me some advice and I thought I would pass it along.
Stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed. Yes, that is correct 3 hours. I had heard 2 hours before, but never 3. WHY: Most people do not burn the calories they consume before bed, and usually night snacking is a habit and not because we are truly hungry. She said if I do it I will most likely see the scale go down by next Monday.
I am making it a goal this week!0 -

Another thing I have heard is to eat fewer calories at dinner then you would at any of your other major meals. I saw this one woman on TV that Basically ate dinner at breakfast time and breakfast at dinner time. (Since most people tend to go all out at dinner!)0 -

I think I forgot I joined this! I 'm going to start over with a new starting weight cuz I really messed up the last couple of weeks and have packed on more than I'd like to admit.

I'm only expecting to lose 1 lb a week, that's what i've been averaging when I'm really good this whole time. Except right after I get back on the wagon, then I tend to drop 4- 5 lbs right away (Water weight, I assume) We'll see what next week holds!0 -
