where to put crunches and push ups?

Quick question, Do you guys put push ups and crunches under the calisthenics section under cardio? or under strength exercises? It is in both places D:

  • It depends on if you want to count that as "calories burned"...if so, record it as cardio. But...If you just want to keep track of your workouts and not count the calories, record it under strength training. Personally, I'd opt for the strength training--I don't think those burn a significant number of calories, but ultimately it's personal preference.
