Goal Weight Reward

I reached my goal weight a month or 2 ago, but I've been putting the reward on hold for financial reasons. Well, the time is finally here! Consecutive Unassisted Pull-ups: 9 (goal of 10 within the next 2 weeks)
Next big goal: Train for a 10 mile road race 8 months from now. Here's to the next big challenge!

Thanks very much! No specific program. I got a gym membership and learned how to use the weights properly. I alternate cardio days and resistance days, and change up the resistance workouts once a month (both the exercises and the number of sets/reps). I'm at the gym 5 or 6 days a week, when I was losing I'd be there for at least 2 hours, but that was extreme. I also logged religiously0
