    Thank you everyone! I've been very serious about this and have portioned everything and stay within the calories MFP has given me :-) I try to keep sugar to a minimum (I have health problems... Hashimoto's Thyroiditis/uncontrolled Hypothyroidism, in process of having my medication adjusted)

    I eat a lot of fruits and veggies and lean meats.

    I also eat soups, sometimes healthy choice meals and morningstar (just for change to keep myself interested.. but I keep those to a minimal as I know the sodium intake is higher)

    I eat whole wheats and brown rice.

    I limit my dairy.

    I don't eat about 3 hours before bed time.

    If I'm extra hungry I eat a banana.

    So trust me, if I can do this.. You all can too!!!
