Hi all, newbie here. I've had a hard time losing weight since having babies but now with no pregnancies on the horizon (at least that's the plan!!!) I'm looking forward to focusing on losing weight. I'm a mommy of two active little boys and wife to an amazingly attractive and fit man. So. I need to keep up!!

I don't have a home gym and I have enjoyed Tae Bo in the past--hoping to get back into it if I plan my days well. Anyone else a busy mommy looking for a spare moment to exercise????
