    I'm in too. Current weight is 252 - up from 248 over the holidays - 32 pounds lost - down 3 pant sizes!! Would like to be under 240 by valentines day.

    Great Idea! Just starting today on this website. Got the app for my phone.. 7 weeks equals 7 pounds if I follow the plan supposedly, but since I am just starting, I will make my goal a little bigger and go for 12 pounds. No rush. Been there. I want to change my eating habits for the long run.

    i love that you're thinking long term! my goal is 12lbs at the end of the challange also and i think it's doable...as long as we stay committed! you got this!:smile:

    My current weight is 154 (up a bit from the holiday eating :()
    I'll have to take my measurements tomorrow morning.
    My goal is to be 149 by Valentine's Day. Only 5 lbs, I know, but I'm also doing Body Revolution, and I've read a lot more inches are lost than lbs.

    Waist 32.0 on 12/27/12
    Hips 44.0 on 12/27/12

    calf 14.75 on 12/27/12
    Thigh 22.0 on 12/27/12

    Is there a way that we can maybe check in once a week and see how everyone is doing?

    i'll definitely be posting my weekly progress in here. i basically wanted to create a thread where we could all come together and share our success and struggles. so if it helps you to check in weekly then by all means do so! i'd love to see some activity on here between one another.

    i'm sorry youre confused! is there any way i can help? you can track or not track anything you want. Is your goal to lose 20lbs in 7 weeks? it might be a little hard to do that since it equates to almost 3lbs a week but if you think you can do it, and in a healthy manner, then we'll support you! you dont have to track measurements or anything like that if you dont want to. you also dont have to post any numbers or weights if you're uncomfortable doing so. i just wanted to get to my first goal weight of 136 and saw Valentines Day as 7 weeks away and a good amount of time to get to my goal in. feel free to mesage me if you're not comfy talking about it on here!

    I'm in! I'm currently 10'7 (thanks to my birthday and Christmas!) and would like to get down to 10st by Valentines day. I only want to lose around 15lbs in total so I'm not going to be too ambitious!

    realistic goals are nice because they're attainable...i think that's a great idea. welcome and good luck!

    5'4", 179 lbs, 24 years old.
    From memory (and the last time I measured), I'm:

    Bust: 42"
    Waist: (Widest part, not natural waist) 39"
    Hips: 43" (I like big butts, and I cannot lie.)

    Goal for Valentine's: ~1 lb/week. Aim low, then be surprised when I surpass it! So 170 lbs by Valentine's. Let's do this. :)
