    Most definitely. 6 months is plenty of time to give you some really noticeable results. You will be a changed woman!

    Thank you everybody <3 I'm gonna pair it with cardio, preferably swimming. I didn't finish my work out today, which sucks, but that's okay. I ate salmon and salad today which made me happy. (: thank you everyone

    It's "possible" to make great improvement in that time. How much, if any will depend on how hard you push yourself and more importantly, your diet.
