    :angry: :explode: :grumble: :embarassed: :frown: I AM SCARED FOR TOMORROW haha ... i did not eat as well as i should have this weekend... and got little to no exercise ..... but whatever the number is .... im back on track tomorrow to work hard towards my goal next tuesday ! ......

    Well, very happy with my numbers this week.

    Dec 1 - Starting Weight - 215
    Today's Weight - 195
    Lost - 20lbs.

    Yeah Me.

    After the weekend i had .... i did not think i would be less then last week... still a no loss/gain for this challenge.... but i plan on making some SERIOUS progress this week !

    Just finished an advanced hour long yoga booty workout ! .......
    and plan on walking 2-3 miles later when baby goes down for a nap !

    Kristin-- we can do it girl ! ... i got up this morning and did an hour long workout while my hubby and babe slept ! ... choices i tell ya hahah ! and i feel AWESOME ! way to go on your stroller workout ! ... lets both be down some since we both are kinda where we started.... !!!!! LETS WORK HARD THIS WEEK for next challenge start date ! next tuesday!!!!!!! xo

    Woot! Down another 2, not bad for only going to the gym twice! I just kept to my water and my healthy eating!! I vowed to go to they gym every day this week, and to drink all my water and keep up the healthy eating! :) I am excited, I am seeing the results on my body!! I keep getting complements from friends and family, even my best friends mom noticed on my birthday, she said "You look like your getting thinner! Its amazing! Your body looks like pure muscle!" . I am loving it! And I am most def. going to stick with it!

    Hope everyone has a great weigh in!!! The weather is super nasty up here today, its storming :(

    Stayed the same this week which is a relief. My life has been turned upside down the last few days and I'm not sure where it's going to end up. I'm numb and in shock, but I'm going to just keep focused on my weight loss and exercise since that is the ONE thing I can control. Have a good week sixers.

    Glad to see everyone doing well! I was traveling today and I may not weigh in. I'm worried that I may have to sit out the next challenge. I'm doing sooooooo much right now! Well.... everyone is doing a great job!

    Emmie- I'm praying for your strength. You have been doing well and I know you can make it through it! I'm smiling for you!

    I have been sooooo under with fatigue that it has been tremendous effort to get my workouts in (I've been doing it but it is sooo hard)! I started liquid iodine yesterday for my hypothyroidism and I sure hope it kicks in fast! I will wiegh in the morning and post! I slept till a little after 9 a.m which I have not done for like 30 yrs and then I ate and so I will do it in the morn. I may not join in on the next 6 weeks until I can get this thyroid med under controll!
    Prayers for you Emmie and what is going on in your life right now!

    Good morning everyone. I missed yesterday's weigh in but i am still the same. Been swimming every other day and just started to run on the treadmill again. So far my foot is fine. YEA! Very happy about that. I am hoping to stay on track this weekend. It's not that I eat to much, it's that i don't eat or my schedule is all off, then at the end of the day i am trying to pack some food in.

    Verda - Hope the iodine works for you. That why i never really worry about salt in my diet. My doc told me to have some in the morning especially.

    Emma - Take care of yourself. I'll say a prayer for you.

    B - You sound great! Keep up the good work.

    Tamm - Did you pick a house yet?

    Woke up to do my AM workout! Taebo this time... :-) I'm on a roll. My weight is up and down every day... had some hormonal things going on. Will post weight soon.

    Morning all!

    No exercise last night (BUMMER)! I went to the grocery store (which took FORever!) and then a friend came over and we grilled out! YUM! Pork kabobs and deer steak! Also had some Easter chocolate (smacking hands)! It's supposed to be pouring rain today, so I think walking this evening is out. We'll see what I can get done!

    how about we go ahead with next challenge and we can choose to weigh in or not weigh on tuesday. but, to just be here for each other. it seems everyone is going though some rough times, some medical issues, some soul searching. just thought i would put it out there.

    did 45 walk/jog, 6 cups water down already.

    have granddaughters for the rest of week. planning some projects to do.

    That sounds fine Cathy! I hope everyone knows that that is always an option. I will actually start the new challenge thread soon...so that way we have it. Is everyone still okay with "Springing Sixers"? Or what about "Sixers Springing Forward"? Let me know. I'm thinking it would be kinda nice for people to post what they're eating again-like we used to. Might give some of us ideas, plus it holds us accountable for what we're eating. What do you guys think? For example, here's what I have planned so far today:

    Breakfast-2 c. coffee with 4 tbsp. sugar free creamer, 1 c. multigrain cheerios with 1/2 c. skim milk
    AM snack-banana and blueberry cereal bar
    Lunch-turkey, cheese, and spinach sandwich, baby carrots, and light yogurt.
    Afternoon snack-peanutbutter chocolate chip granola bar, 5 mini Crunch eggs
    Dinner-Teriyaki pinapple marinaded Chicken breast with some veggie and maybe rice

    That's what I have planned so far. ANYways...have a good morning all!

    Hey sixers!

    I know I swore I would be around more, and I swear I will!!! I am just swamped with a project and two papers at the moment, I kind of procrastinated last week, and as a result I am SWAMPED this week!

    I worked out on a elliptical with verian heights(i dk wut the offical name was) but a consistant resistance of 10, For an hour last night. Burned over 700 cals. Have been eating great and keeping up with my water. Unofficially saw 199.2 this morning! I almost peed my pants I was soo excited!

    Alrighty I have to run to class :( Then come home and slave over this project some more. Later!

    Best wishes! I was a certified group fitness instructor by afaa for about 6 yrs.! Not enough pay for what it took for everything!
