    :smile: You look amazing! What keeps you motivated? What is the name of your blog?

    Alot things motivate me.
    A. If you want something you're going to work for it!
    In my case this is key because i really want it. Especially every time i post a progress photo!

    B. I made it a lifestyle change not a chore.
    After the first two months of working out/counting calories weightloss just becomes your lifestyle.

    C. TREAT YO SELF! (parks and rec reference)
    As of right now i have lost weight by treating myself. I mean i'm young and self confessed wine-o/social drinker. This is the area where i treat myself the most I DRINK. I have cut back from college days but i drink 2-4 times a month! The same goes for food!!!! I just had breakfast of raisin bread, peanut butter, banana and two triangles of chocolate.

    D. Setting a good example!
    I don't have kids but i have 3 nieces and 3 nephews! I want to set a good example for them and be the aunt who goes hiking and camping. I also like to beat them in races and set a example for proper nutrition and body positivity. This also goes for when I eventually have kids.
