If you want to fix this you can. Small steps, one thing at a time.
You have already taken the first step, logging today's meals.
Next step, log for a whole week.
And then a whole month.
Once you have got into the habit of a logging this will be a very important and useful goal
a) by logging everything for a month you will naturally be more aware of what you are eating
b) by logging everything for a month you will be in a much better position to judge what about your eating habits you need to change.0 -
Try and learn from your mistakes, what made you stop logging last time? Was the food not satisfying? did you feel tired all the time? it might be time to step back an examine what you did and what you need to do this time that will help keep you on the right track.0

Hi I'm not sure what bump means. I actually logged on to find an accountability buddy. I'm in the same boat. I lose and regain. Could definitely use help to keep me in check and I will do the same. If you're interested you can add me my username is kermy1. Thx!0

Accountability means being responsible for your own actions.
You are in charge of your health and wellness. Take charge. Stop waiting for someone else to push you.0 -
Just between people saying i didnt eat enough and that i was to skinny and borderline anorexic and eventually got to me and started going through a rough spot at home and just got out of control and couldnt stop eatting and just felt like i didnt care anymore and felt like i couldnt really enjoy the food0

This! Only you can make the decision to change your life. If you really want to make the change, make the commitment, start with small changes and just keep going. Commit to daily logging, everything. There is no rush. This isn't a sprint, it's a marathon.0 -
Have you worked out the at-home reasons for turning to food for satisfaction? If so, and you're ready to move on its a great start. If not, then you'll want to address some of your WHY's. Once you have the WHY, its easier to make the changes. Accountability is huge for many though. Yes, we are all accountable to ourselves, but sometimes just knowing you're going to 'check in' someplace is enough to give you the push to do better vs "I will start tomorrow".0
