anyways to the people asking me how i did it...
basically i changed my eating habits.
i cut out all greasy fatty fried food and high calorie foods like candy.
i started eating a healthy and clean diet.
i also hike everyday now.
i used to never eat breakfast and now its somthing i cannot go without doing.
i keep myself busy so that i dont just snack all day.
i have also gotten into the habit of eating healthy that i dont even crave those bad foods anymore!

Been in fitness for 28+ years and have studied kinesiology and nutrition0 -
well first i started at the lowest possible. 1200 cals a day.. but i barely exercised.
i have now upped my calories since i dont need to lose & since i hike and burn 600 cals while doing so.
ill eat anywhere from 1400-1900 calories now.
but really..calorie intake depends on the person and how active they are. i would only suggest 1200 cals to lose weight if you are not active.0
