hiking?

I am going hiking today, and I know there is a category in Exercise for hiking.. BUT.. I will be bringing my son, who is 22 lbs, in a baby carrier... Not sure how to log this, but I'm sure the extra weight will help me burn more calories.. Any suggestions?

    You can use it to figure out how many calories you burned based on your weight and the weight you are carrying.

    I used to carry my daughter in a carrier and wear my HRM. I didn't burn many more calories, but I did get a better leg workout (strength training).
