I need a recipe for 100% whole wheat english muffins that does not use oil. I am going to be doing Forks Over Knives type of diet and don't want to use oil if I don't have to.
Anyone have anything like this? I know apple sauce is a common sub, but no idea if that works in bread making as it is so specific.
