Pictures in blogs?

Can someone tell me how to embed a photo into my blog? I tried using photobucket but it isn't working. :( I did it before but that was because I copied and pasted off my other blog on blogger.com.

    You can upload your photos to a site like photobucket. They will give you the codes to add them to blogs and stuff.

    I tried that. Using every code they gave me. It's simply not working. I just copied and pasted from my blogger.com account and what it did was somehow lay my photo under my text. Whatever. It works. LOL.

    I had installed a pop up blocker on my Google Chrome - the HTML box that every tutorial says will open when you click it opens with a pop up. I used Internet Explorer (which did not have a pop up blocker) to get the pictures into the post.
