    Hi guys,

    Hope you all had a good Chrimbo and New Year, so to abandon you all, I just needed to have some me time, also spent far too much time on here in work.

    I have removed a lot of people from my profile as I don't want to spend as much time on here, I've just kept it to people I know, or have exercises in common with, sorry guys, but I just need to concentrate on me as I'm the only one that can sort my fat *kitten* out. Nothing personal at all against you.

    I hope you all have a fab New Year and all the best for 2013 xx

    p.s. I hope this is not the KOD on the KOD thread...

    Happy New Year Everyone. I won't be back on until after my vacation, because then, it's a no tolerance for slacking on my diet or anything else... trying to refocus.
