2012, weightloss, pics!

Well, in 2012, amongst other things, I accomplished weight loss, something I have wanted to do since I was 15.

42lbs lost, I gained 10lbs between September and December, kicked my *kitten* back into gear this week and have lost 1.2lbs as of this morning.

My starting stats were:

Starting statistics; (13.3.12)

196lbs

40 / 36 / 47

Clothes size (UK); 18

5"5


Current statistics (31.12.12);

162.2lbs.

34.5 / 27 / 43.5

Clothes size (UK); 10-12

Waist to hip ratio; 0.62.


My goal weight is 140lbs. I haven't exercised throughout my weight loss journey (here and there), but plan to lift when I reach my goal weight.

These are the mini goals I accomplished, and the ones I have yet to achieve;

To be 10lbs lighter than start weight; [x] - 21.4.12
Vegetarian 1yr anniversary; [x] - May 2012
To lose a stone from SW (14lbs); [x] - 11.5.12
To reach 180lbs; [x] - 14.5.12
To get out of the 180s; [x] - 14.5.12
To lose 20lbs; [x] - 4.6.12
To get halfway to goal (lose 24lbs); [x] - 13TH JUNE 2012!!!
To get out of the 170s; [x] - 25.5.12
To hit 100 days logged in in a row; [x] - 20.6.12
To lose 2 stone (28lbs); [x] - 28.6.12
To get to 165; [x] - 23.7.12
15lbs to goal!; [x] - 11.8.12
To leave the 160s; [x] - 25.8.12
10lbs to (first) goal!; [x] - 9.9.12

Happy New Year, and here's to 2013!

In 2013, I hope to;

- Get to my goal weight and maintain.

- Start lifting

- Get my driving license

- Reconcile with my Daddy

- Start therapy and start recovery for my depression/anxiety/depersonalisation/derealisation

- Complete my college course with amazing grades

- Start my Midwifery course in Sept 2013

- Get my hair to waist length

- Achieve all these goals and more!
