I've been kinda sick for three days. two nights ago, I could not get warm. I was freezing,... my temp dropped to 95.3...my norm is 98ish. Its been norm ever since. Then i got really really hot all of the sudden... I couldnt eat much at all....i had upper respiratory for 4 days but it went away as soon as this started happening...I feel so bad tonight. I was FINE for most of the day today, besides not eating enough. I tried to sleep but I feel like Im going to throw up and it wont stop. I have not thrown up. I have had no fever, I'm freezing and cant get warm one minute, and sweating the next, I'm fatigued all day and I'm having body aches I've been taking 2 hour namps for the past two days and sleeping 12hrs at night and im still so so tired....one moment I'm fine, the next I feel like I'm dying. I'm having lower stomach and back pain too... I'm pretty sure im sick or have a bug....Does anyone have any Idea what i could have?

I'll put money on good, old-fashioned influenza (flu). Not much to do for it but treat the symptoms (paracetamol for the aches and pains), drink as many fluids as you can and ride it out. Sleep if you feel like it, eat when you can and eat what you feel like. If you're not feeling even marginally better within 7-10 days, go and see a dr.

Low blood sugar, low thyroid function? Is your skin cool or clammy? You could be experiencing shock. A lot of blood loss could possibly responsible--I know when I hemmorrhaged twice, I experienced shock symptoms.0

I second it sounding like the flu... chills and body aches are -classic- flu symptoms. Good news: you're probably through the worst of it if you've been like this two days already. Generally it lasts about a week, getting gradually better after the first few days. Take some tylenol or ibuprofen; or, if you want to sleep, Nyquil or the equivalent. TAKE LOTS OF FLUIDS! Dehydration is a big risk with the flu, and will make you feel weaker, sicker, and colder than you already do. Juice and soup are your friends. Sleep as much as you can, because the flu can really take it out of you. And try to stay warm - a hot water bottle and some thick blankets can help a lot with the chills and aches.
If it lingers, or if the symptoms get worse or you get new ones, see a doctor ASAP. There are tons of things that start out with "flu-like symptoms", though by far the most common is... the flu.

I too would say the flu- influenza comes with all of the symptoms you have shared. If it lingers past 7-10 days with symptoms not improving however, get to a doctor ASAP. Stay hydrated too, as it is easy when you are sick to forget to eat and drink, but you need fuel to heal!0
