I want to know if I run 4.5 miles in the morning and then when I get more time run 2 more miles in the evening is that going to give the same benefit as if I would have ran them at the same time???

I've heard sometimes its better that way. Unless you're aiming strictly for endurance I don't see a difference.0

Thank you.0
