New year new me

ok ive said this about a thousand times but im starting again

my goal for the year is to be at 200 and stay there (53 lbs to lose)

i want to start running every morning like i had before my son was born (i need to get over the fact of feeling bad if i wake my wife up early so she can watch him even though she says she wants me to)

Im going to try to log all my food every day (i may not post it every day but it will be in my diary)

add me cause im gonna need some friends to help along the way
